Grown, not forced.
A purely organic garden of eighteen hundred square metres, set in tropical greenery. We work mindfully with nature and give every fruit and vegetable the time it needs.
We give nature time.
Mindful and sustainable — we tend the garden to the rhythm of the seasons, not the rhythm of yield. Our fruit and vegetables grow at their own pace. We push nothing to peak performance and harvest only when ripeness allows.
We compost what the garden gives, collect rainwater and plant in mixed cultures so the soil stays alive. Birds and butterflies are as welcome here as our guests.
What grows slowly tastes of more.
Eighteen hundred square metres, tended by hand.
On the northern edge of our boutique resort lies the organic garden, where exotic fruit ripens in peace and happy chickens lay their eggs. The garden is being extended step by step. Sustainability is close to our hearts.
Exotic fruit, rooted everywhere.
Mango
The mango is far more than just a fruit — it is a feast for the senses. Deeply rooted in this region, it is lovingly revered as the «queen of fruits» for its aromas and rich cultural tradition.
Lemon
As one of the most versatile citrus fruits, the lemon is the very essence of freshness. With its bright colour and invigorating, unmistakable aroma, it adds the finishing touch to countless creations.
Jackfruit
The jackfruit is a truly majestic sight of the tropics. As the largest tree-borne fruit in the world, weighing up to 40 kilograms, it fascinates with its sheer presence and unique character.
Banana
The banana is a true tropical classic, prized for its gentle sweetness and delicate texture. Originally native to the warm lands of Southeast Asia, it thrives on lush, magnificent plants.
Papaya
The papaya, often affectionately called the «tree melon», captures the warm tropical sun in its bright, salmon-coloured flesh — a true gift of nature.
Coconut
Borne by majestic palms, the coconut is the epitome of pure tropical serenity. Small wonder this noble fruit is also revered as the «tree of life».
Sixty chickens provide fresh eggs.
A flock of sixty chickens lives in the garden. They scratch, peck and fertilise, closing the garden’s cycle in a natural way. Every morning they lay fresh eggs for our kitchen.
